Teams write, direct and star in their own mini-movies. Participants are divided into groups representing competing film production companies. Their challenge: create the next Hollywood blockbuster. Each team has cameras and a deadline.
Teams must make their movie to cleverly incorporate the conference theme within a specific movie genre (e.g. Austin Powers). Teams are supplied with costumes, make up, sound effects, music props and training. Roles include, Director, Producer, Sound Track and Effects, Cinematographer, Journalist, Makeup, Costumes, Props and Talent.
It all comes to a delightful climax with a glitzy Oscars Show award ceremony. The moviemakers are greeted by the paparazzi on the Red Carpet with a live feed screened directly to a big screen viewed by fellow colleagues 'doing' cocktails'. We view the movies over dinner, where awards are presented at the 'peoples choice awards' and then there is the option to dance the night away as our DJ spins your choice of tunes at the 'Peoples Choice Disco'
